1. Booking

On receipt of the deposit, the booking will be confirmed with you along with details of directions and arrival details.

Please contact us beforehand to check availability and prices prior to completing and returning the form with your deposit.

2. Cancellations

If you wish or need to cancel your holiday, please advise us as soon as possible.

You are liable either for the whole or proportion of your holiday costs as stated.

Number of days cancelled prior to stay and amount payable

More than 28 days = 25% of full cost 

15 - 28 days = 50% of full cost 

1-14 days = 100% full cost

The date of notification of cancellation is the date on which your booking is cancelled.

It is recommended that you take out holiday/travel insurance.

​

3. Arrivals and Departure

The weeks run from Friday or Monday. Arrival time is after 5pm and Departure is 9am to allow us time to prepare the property for the next guests. Please let us know bed configuration at least one week prior to arrival.

4. The property

When you book, you and all members of your party agree to keep the property clean and tidy and to leave it in a similar condition to how you found it on arrival.

The owner must be notified if there are any damages or breakages to the property. You may be asked to pay for damage or breakages.

The hot tub will be turned off if it is mis-used in any way. There are a full set of expectations and instructions in the welcome pack.  

The cabins are designed for four people and on no account may the maximum number of guest be exceeded.

5. Dogs

Whilst dogs are welcome, please do not allow them in the bedrooms or on the furniture. They must not be left unattended in the property and all waste must be collected and disposed of appropriately. 

We do not provide any bedding for your pet and therefore you are advised to bring your own pet basket and bedding.

6. Right of entry

We reserve the right of entry to the property at reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.

7. Cancellation by owners

The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid in full without further liability on their behalf.

8. Termination of stay

The owner reserves the right to terminate your stay if you or members of your group are believed to be causing a nuisance or are not treating the property with due respect. You are expected to maintain reasonable standards of behaviour at all times whilst at the cabins.

9. Liability

The use of the accommodation is entirely at the users risk and no liability can be accepted for death, injury and loss or damage to users and their belongings (including vehicles). The owners shall not be liable to you or any other member of your group for any loss or damage to you or your property no matter however caused.
